Hi Anna,

Great post--I especially appreciate the emphasis on international experience and language skills. It is so critical these days for success on the global stage to have not only skills in English, the lingua franca of global business, but also to understand other cultures and languages, even if it just gives you perspective on your own. I expect that those who do will outperform their monolingual/monocultural peers both short-term and long-term.
